FOR PRIVATE OWNERS
The public card shows the item. Your contact details are available only to our representatives. Your request is reviewed and the initial service payment is agreed before work begins.
Open the confidential link saved when you submitted an item or an offer. It gives access to your request, service payments and messages with your representative.
PRIVATE SALES
Submit your own watches, jewelry, art, antiques, collectibles or other personal items. After review, a representative prepares the service order and an anonymous public card. Authors presenting their own work retain the separate author entrance.
An artist’s or maker’s attribution may be public. The current owner’s identity and contacts are kept private.
The total seller service fee is 2.5% of the final sale price. An initial 0.5% of the agreed starting price pays for beginning the agreed work. It is credited toward the total. After a sale, the remaining amount is 2.5% of the actual sale price minus the initial payment.
At an unchanged price of $100,000, that is $500 initially and $2,000 after the sale. Your order states the service scope, calculation basis and cancellation terms before you pay. A completed sale is not promised.
Any buyer service fee is agreed separately before a buyer is charged.
Buyers can offer below or above the asking price and revise their proposals. The seller decides which proposal to pursue. An offer is an indication of interest; it does not automatically conclude a sale.
Representatives communicate with each side separately. The platform does not automatically disclose the parties’ identities or contact details to one another. Any information needed for the eventual transaction is handled privately as agreed.
Appraisal is optional. We can recommend an independent specialist; you engage and pay that specialist directly. We do not charge an appraisal fee.
The owner is responsible for the information supplied. Examination, the sale agreement, payment for the item and delivery arrangements are agreed separately by the relevant parties. A listing is not a platform authenticity certificate.
A private-owner auction proposal is submitted for review. Formal auction registration, bidding, fees and results follow the terms of the actual auction.
We store item details, photos, contact information, offers, correspondence and payment references to provide this service. Authorized representatives can access these records. Public cards and approved offers contain no participant contact fields or account identifiers.
Do not include identifying information in public descriptions or photographs. A representative reviews the material before publication. Image metadata is removed from the photographs submitted through this form.
Keep your access link private: anyone holding it can open that request. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider, not stored in this catalogue. Use your workspace to request withdrawal or discuss corrections with your representative.
